I am a licensed professional counselor in Oregon with over 5 years of professional work experience. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing, I have worked with clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & anger management. I have been fortunate to assist clients from diverse cultural backgrounds including Veterans, individuals living with serious persistent mental illness, personality disorder, and co-occurring disorders. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
