I am licensed in Florida with 22 years of professional work experience. My approach to therapy is client centered. In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness. This approach works well to help decrease anxiety and depression. I am a trauma informed therapist, CCTP. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, & coping with life changes.
