I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, mood/emotional issues, attention and focus concerns, trauma and abuse. I have experience working with individuals struggling with addictions or coping with grief and loss. I have experience helping individuals dealing with relationship or transitional issues. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults and elderly providing individual, couples and family counseling. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
