I received my bachelor’s degree from University of Texas, Austin and my master’s degree from St. Edward’s University. I have worked in many different settings with various types of people. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, relationships, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression.
