About Me I’m Tanya Samuelian, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles. I know how overwhelming modern life can feel—holding it together for your career, relationships, and family often leaves little space for your own needs. Therapy offers a place to slow down, take an honest look at what’s going on beneath the surface, and begin building more sustainable ways of living. My Experience & Education I received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University and have spent nearly a decade supporting young adults, professionals, and couples. Many of the people I work with appear “together” on the outside but struggle internally with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or relationship stress. I specialize in helping high achievers untangle cycles of overthinking and reconnect with parts of themselves they’ve pushed aside. My Approach My style is collaborative, warm, and practical. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive-behavioral tools, tailoring the process to fit your needs and pace. Sessions are structured enough to create progress but flexible enough to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore the patterns shaping your life, understand the “why” underneath them, and practice tools you can carry into your day-to-day.
