I am licensed in Florida with 35 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief, coping with loss, despression, concentration, & memory. I also have experience working with focus. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I also provide couples counseling and counseling for teenagers.; dealing with stress related issues ADHD and body image Teenagers are often challenge with new experiences while becoming adults. Biofeedback has been a successful tool to assist teenagers with stress related issues. I have had success with couples from various backgrounds and have offered very practical strategies for change.
