About me

My name is Theresa Wolford. I am a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) and a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and have over 15 years of experience in working with individuals with a variety of needs and concerns. I earned my BS degree in Psychology from Wayne State College and my MS degree in Counseling from Creighton University. I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities, depending upon the unique needs of the individual. I have a strong background working with individuals experiencing low self-esteem, unstable mood, negative self-talk, career and educational concerns, relationship problems, and divorce. I work to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. I enjoy helping people and seeing the success and progress of my clients
