Hello! My name is Thomas Grinnell and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York and Florida. I have over 20 years experience in the human services field with over 12 years providing direct counseling/therapy with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, intellectual disabilities, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, trauma/stress, and other issues that may be barriers to navigating life’s tasks. I tend to use a person-centered approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-focused Therapy.
