I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with a total of 33 years of professional work experience. I have provided counseling to persons of all ages, from the ages of 4 to 94! I have successfully treated depression, anxiety, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. I have utilized a variety of treatment modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential-Humanistic Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, or EMDR. EMDR treats PTSD. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
