Tiffany Dunnells (LPC)

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with over seven years of experience working in the mental health field. I am a firm believer in using a client centered approach and utilizing respect, warmth, genuineness, compassion, and empathy with all of my clients, and I am multimodal and will tailor our therapy to you and use the approach that will work to get your needs met! I worked in community mental health for six years and a psychiatric hospital for a year before that, working with a variety of clients and diagnoses, and I am now offering remote telehealth counseling services. I am experienced working with depression, anxiety, anger, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, self-esteem issues, and learning coping skills to help manage life’s stressors, as well as improving communication skills to help improve relationships with others.
