I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 10 years’ experience counseling adults with issues related to Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar Disorder. I also have experience in the area of relationships related to adult adoption and abandonment issues. I also have expertise in domestic violence and trauma issues. The approach I use for therapy is cognitive behavioral therapy. I treat clients warmly with respect and dignity. I believe in trust and respect in a therapeutic relationship.
