Tracey provides support for affair recovery and betrayal trauma recovery techniques. Additionally, she utilizes cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness therapeutic techniques. Tracey strives to create a positive atmosphere and engages strength-based interventions to support clients through the change process.
