About me

Trinity Salazar is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works collaboratively with children, adolescents and adults to provide individual therapy. Her style is empathic, compassionate and client-centered, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Trinity has experience working with clients in a variety of settings, including in-home, in schools, and outpatient settings. She has worked with clients presenting with multiple concerns, including anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, complex trauma, relational challenges, interpersonal conflicts, obsessive compulsive, and panic disorders. When working with clients, she strives to meet each client where they are at and provide an appropriate space for honesty, reflection, and freedom. Trinity has experience serving the military community at the United States Special Operations Command under Lt. General Cleveland and the Joint Special Operations Command under Lt. General Votel. She has also served the homeless veteran population while working for the Veterans Transition Center of Monterey. Trinity has served as a panelist on Posttraumatic Stress Disorder for the opening of the film, Buried Underground. In addition to working at Greene Psychology Group, she currently provides therapeutic services for Moore County Schools as a Military Family Life Consultant, and is a Teaching Associate at The University of Pennsylvania. Trinity earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from North Carolina State University and then her master’s degree in Social Work from Fayetteville State University. She is currently enrolled in The University of Pennsylvania’s Doctor of Clinical Social Work program, where her dissertation focus is exploring suicide in the United States military. Additionally, Trinity completed the highly regarded Columbia University’s Pedagogy Institute for Teaching Social Work.
