About me

I am a licensed MFT in Kentucky with over 25 years of professional work experience. Much of my clinical work has focused on working with individuals and families working through the healing process resulting from trauma, loss, abandonment. Much of this work has included much attention to issues revolving around anxiety, fears, confidence, and self-empowerment. I believe that each of us is the expert of our own story. And that you already have been utilizing strengths; in spite of whether those are yet clear to you. Whatever you need to do, at whatever pace you need to do it is extremely important to me. I will very much follow your lead in this way. As your therapist, my role is to walk with you. To assist you in identifying your strengths, in learning new coping strategies, and to support you in whatever ways you may discover you would like to continue growing in your personal journey.
