In life we experience mountain highs and valley lows. Some experiences may knock us back a few steps, but then we can shake the dust off and keep moving forward. Other times, situations arise that may knock us off our feet or cause us to be stuck for a period of time not knowing how to proceed from that place. It is during those times we decide to seek assistance to help us navigate through. It can be a humbling experience to admit the need for help and the last thing one needs is someone judging them or making them feel worse after talking with them. Welcome to the judgment-free zone! My name is Tyshon Waters. I am a compassionate, licensed clinician with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I utilize a variety of counseling tools to include person-centered, CBT, and motivational interviewing. Each person I serve is treated as an individual, an expert of their lives and sessions are tailored to their specific needs. I have experience working with individuals who have dealt with trauma, grief, dually diagnosed, depression, Bipolar, and so forth. The ultimate goal is for each person served to gain the necessary tools to walk in wholeness, healed to fulfill their purpose here on Earth.
