I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with nearly 30 years of combined experience in education and mental health. I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision from Walden University, as well as graduate degrees in Counseling and Educational Administration from Prairie View A\&M University. I am also a Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
