I believe therapy is about relationships first, what I bring to the table as well is over 12 years in mental health experience.I am licensed in Ohio with 3 years of professional work experience as a therapist, before that I was a case manager and career counselor. I believe that therapy needs to be forward thinking and engage clients using Acceptance and Commitment therapy.I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, & career difficulties.
