Hi. My name is Alexandra. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been a therapist for 9 years, during this time I have worked with clients that are struggling in many aspects of life. I have a broad background of experience which ranges from Maternal and Infant Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. I use eclectic therapeutic modalities when helping clients. I am EMDR trained and CPP trained. I also train conduct trainings and am a Qualified Supervisor of therapists. I would like to help support you in your journey in accomplishing you goals that will lead to your best life.
