I am licensed in Florida with over 14 years of professional work experience. I was originally licensed in New York before moving to Florida to continue practicing. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I take a very trauma-informed approach with years of training and practice utilizing both CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
