About me

As a counselor my goal is to earn your trust and then help you clarify your thoughts and feelings that led for you into counseling. My focus will be on your hopes and dreams for your life. If your past is casting shadows on your present, then you and I can focus on ways you would like to put some of the past to rest in the past. I have a passion for the change process in individual and group psychotherapy. I am eager to meet you and begin walking your journey with you.
