My desire is to help you learn how to express who you are and to experience growth within your family and other systems surrounding you. I hope to help you with developing good intuition, creating healthy connections, and becoming more of your authentic self. I want you to experience more joy and peace within your life. I enjoy working with service members/veterans and their families. I also enjoy working with adults with infertility issues and women or men who have experienced sexual trauma. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I use a variety of approaches, including Mindfulness practices; Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies; Attachment Theory Approaches and Systems Oriented Therapy. I am trained in trauma protocol therapies as well as expressive arts therapy. I hope to help you meet your goals here and see you grow and change in the world outside the therapy office.
