I am licensed in Florida and have PsyPact authorization for telehealth services in participating states. I have over 25 years of clinical experience helping individuals and families with a range of complex problems including interpersonal conflicts, neurodiversity, mood, social, communication, brain and spinal cord injury, employment, disability, chronic health problems, and stress. My approach to therapy is strength-focused and pragmatic, with an emphasis on interpersonal synergy, both in the therapy process and in the lives of my clients. Therapy should be a safe, supportive, and collaborative process that starts with self-awareness and acceptance and leads to creative participation in meaningful life experiences.
