I am licensed in Virginia with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I completed my EMDR therapist training in September 2020 and completed my Accelerated Resolution Therapy training in July 2023.
