I am a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost a decade of experience in the field of mental health. My career experience/expertise includes therapy with individuals, groups and families. In my career I have worked with a variety of mental health needs including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, acute stress disorders, grief/loss, trauma disorders, ADHD, parenting problems, relationship stress and My counseling style is eclectic and client-centered. In my work, I focus on person in environment approach. I consider life experiences, family relationships and individual personality styles as I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each of my clients.
