Everyone encounters challenges in their life, while difficult situations of the past can’t be changed, in therapy we will work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. One of the most important aspects of a successful therapy experience is a strong relationship between the therapist and client. I am a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost a decade of experience in the field of mental health. My career experience/expertise includes therapy with individuals, groups and families. In my career I have worked with a variety of mental health needs including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, acute stress disorders, grief/loss, trauma disorders, ADHD, parenting problems, relationship stress and My counseling style is eclectic and client-centered. In my work, I focus on person in environment approach. I consider life experiences, family relationships and individual personality styles as I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each of my clients.
