About me

I am a very warm and inviting psychologist with very detailed diagnostic skills. My approach is a combination of CBT and DBT therapy. In addition I was trained in relational therapy at Strong Memorial Hospital In Rochester. A combination of these three approaches seems to yield the most results. My husband and I started our private practice 20 years ago and the practice has grown from 2 to 15 providers. The only issues that I do not feel proficient in is Gender Dysphoria and LGBQ concerns. I appreciate that starting counseling is a difficult step and praise everyone for taking that step.
