I assist individuals to work toward healing from within through building a sense of empowerment and self-confidence. Regaining power that was taken, not allowed, or discouraged; to walk strongly, confidently, and purposefully toward wants, desires, needs, and goals. I have worked with individuals who have experienced depression, grief/loss, relationship challenges, sexual abuse, trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, and marital challenges. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
