About me

I am a licensed mental health counselor and psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience in providing counseling, therapy, psychotherapy and treatment services for substance abuse, drug addiction, alcohol addiction and mental health issues like anxiety, depression, stress, emotional trauma and low self-esteem. I have worked in inpatient hospitals, residential treatment programs and outpatient counseling centers in both the mental health and substance abuse fields in Illinois, Massachusetts and Florida. I earned my doctoral degree from Boston University in Human Development and Counseling and have been a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and psychotherapist in the State of Florida for over 36 years. I am is also a certified Clinical Supervisor in the State of Florida.
