About me

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 7 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and step into the version of themselves they want to become. I work with clients who are ready to make meaningful changes, and I walk alongside them as they heal, grow, and rediscover joy and purpose. One of my primary specialties is working with perinatal and postpartum clients including those navigating the emotional and psychological changes of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Whether you’re facing postpartum depression or anxiety, grief after a birth experience that didn’t go as planned, identity shifts, or relationship strain during this season—you’re not alone. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore these transitions and find your footing again. I also work with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, and major life changes. My approach is compassionate and collaborative—I believe in meeting you where you are and tailoring therapy to your unique needs, goals, and pace. My priority when beginning therapy is to ensure there’s a strong therapeutic fit. We’ll explore your hopes for therapy and define what success looks like for you. I revisit these goals with you regularly to ensure our work remains aligned and impactful. While we can’t change the past, we can work together to better understand it and reduce its impact on your present. I often offer supplemental tools and resources to support your healing between sessions, especially when working with the unique demands of new parenthood. I believe healing happens in safe, respectful relationships. In our work, you bring your story, your values, and your voice. I bring clinical expertise, curiosity, and a deep commitment to helping you move toward peace and fulfillment. If you’re ready to take that next step, I’m here to support and empower you. Let’s explore what’s possible—together. I look forward to meeting you.
