I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Master’s Certified Addiction Professional with over 4 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, self-esteem, substance abuse, and trauma. My counseling style is warm, directive, and collaborative. I have over four years of experience working with individuals and leading groups on topics such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other emotional issues. I believe in treating you with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, regardless of what you are seeking counseling for. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, interpersonal processing, and emotional-focused counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
