I have over 5 years of experience as a Professional Counselor with a degree in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I use evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other strengths-based approaches to accomplish what you are ready to work on. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families on the wide range of issues that life presents including relationship issues, parenting difficulties, career challenges, depression, and anxiety.
