I am licensed in California with 40 years of professional work experience. For much of my career in Boston, Los Angeles and San Diego, I worked in hospitals, outpatient programs and behavioral health. I have facilitated numerous types of support groups, and have experience in helping clients with with addictions, relationship issues, loss, grief and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment, where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. These are difficult times. I am here to support & empower you in your journey.
