Hello, are you feeling a little anxious, stressed, frustrated, or sad about your situation or relationship, and would like to talk with someone and brainstorm what to do or say, or learn skills to improve communication or how to deal with your relationship? As a Life Coach and Licensed Florida Mental Health Counselor with 25 years, I’ve worked in all types of situations, and there is nothing I haven’t see or heard. I truly enjoy helping individuals, couples or families, and am confident we will enjoy working together. I am here to help, whether it’s just to talk, learn new skills, improve self-esteem or your wellbeing or improve a relationship or family dynamics with your children. I am here to support you on that journey. I’ve been there, and I’m looking froward to being there for you.
