I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with experience assisting clients navigate life stressors such as relationship issues, friendship skills, workplace concerns, college, and balancing competing obligations. These stressors may overwhelm our ability to cope and to get through these and other difficult situations the need for emotional support may arise. I believe that most people can benefit from a therapist who can provide an objective, non-judgmental perspective, in an environment of collaboration, and confidentiality. My counseling style is empathetic and welcoming. The type of psychotherapy approach I mostly rely on is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a broad term that is comprised of a diverse group of treatments which, its effectiveness has been demonstrated in several randomized controlled trials.
