Hello! My name is Stephanie Lanza. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Southern California. I have over 8 years of experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, ADHD, and family/relationship issues. I also have extensive experience working with adoptive and resource/foster parents and the unique issues they encounter. I take a client centered and strengths based approach to counseling, utilizing components of Cognitive Behavioral, Solutions Focused, and Family Systems therapies to help clients meet their goals.
