I also have experience working with motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My passion for mental health stems from a deep-seated belief in the power of self-discovery, resilience, and the potential for positive change. I firmly believe that every person possesses unique strengths and abilities that can be harnessed to overcome life’s challenges and achieve a fulfilling and balanced life.
