About me

I have over 12 years of mental health counseling experience consisting of individual sessions, group sessions, and family sessions. I am a Qualified Supervisor with the State of Florida and provide supervision to counselor interns working towards licensure. I use a variety of approaches in counseling including person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing therapy. I use a positive approach with therapy and enjoy using a strength based approach. I believe that everyone has the capacity to make changes, it is identifying the starting point that can be overwhelming.
