I am a professional licensed counselor in Alabama , Florida, and Hawaii with over 16 years experience. I have experience working with many clients on wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, addictions , career challenges and personal development. I have also worked with people who have experienced physical trauma and emotional abuse. My counseling style is to work together as a team with my clients and figure out what works best for them . I believe in treating all individuals from different walks of life with respect and compassion. My basic approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, reality therapy, brief solution focused therapy, career/vocational counseling and mindfulness techniques. I will personalize our sessions and therapeutic treatment plan to meet your unique needs and goals.
