I have a Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology and am licensed in three states including Maryland, New York, and Virginia. I have seven years of clinical work experience. I have a particular intesrest in people suffering with anxiety and/or mild to moderate or moderate depression. as well as those who need help coping with medical/health issues. I am Cognitive-Behavioral in my therapy approach, although I use other evidence-based treatments as needed, including Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
