About me

I am an LCSW, licensed in North Carolina and Texas with 22 years of professional work experience. Sometimes life can be challenging for each and every one of us and I’m passionate about helping clients to better navigate through those difficult times. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, work-related stress, relational/family issues, marital problems, grief/bereavement, life-stage issues, and various life transitions. My therapy style is warm and engaging. I recognize that taking the first step to get help is not easy for most so I work with my clients to create a comfortable environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared openly. I use a strength based, client centered, cognitive-behavioral approach, to work toward goals that we will establish together. Therapy is an important first step toward making changes and improving your overall well-being. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in your journey.
